Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service department via phone or email within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Equipment
Ensure the item is in its original, unused condition and securely repacked in the original manufacturer's packaging with all included accessories and manuals.
Ship to Warehouse
Clearly mark your RMA number on the outer shipping label and send the package to our designated distribution center using a tracked shipping method.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned unit for quality assurance, we will process your refund or store credit, minus any applicable restocking fees, within 7-10 business days.
